Leaders are constantly growing. One of the ways they grow is in acquiring knowledge. In Scripture is this passage:
“An intelligent heart acquires knowledge, and the ear of the wise seeks knowledge.” Proverbs 18:15
So seek and acquire knowledge and grow so that you may better serve those you lead.
