About BG

BG and Angela

Pastor Dave Kraft, in his book Leaders Who Last, quotes a statistic that no more than 30% of Christian leaders finish well.  My desire is to make a dent in that statistic and to help as many leaders as I can to finish well and to have a rich legacy of service and healthy churches and organizations. Too often I have seen passionate leaders sidelined or tripped up by not understanding some basic life management skills, ministry management skills, and basic leadership principles.

I am also  certified as  leadership coach by Ministry Coaching International.

Who I Am

A follower of Jesus, husband to a beautiful & loving wife, the father of two grown daughters, a citizen of a great country and a former soldier.
