For quite a while now, I have had the privilege of helping out some organizations and providing informal coaching to some leaders in ministry or non-profits. So, I decided to formalize this area of my ministry.
With the blessings of my boss at Life Action, I am now offering to help leaders in non-profits, ministries, and church staff with basic consulting in the areas of leadership, leadership development, problem solving, and organizational issues, as well as some personal coaching.
