Change is coming. Leadership at the top is being redefined as boards take a more active role in decisions that once belonged solely to the CEO. 1. BG this is very intriguing to me. When applying for our non-profit status in VA I talked with the State Attorney about what they were looking for in our articles. He was consumed with the specs on the Board of Directors. This gave me the impression that a shift in legal activity had been happening and it was coming from the directors. i found the input from this article very helpful. Thanks
