Two factors that create trust on a team

Trust is foundational to not only having a true team, but also for it to be a highly effective team.

In the book, Nine Lies About Work, the authors point to two questions that must be answered for there to be trust on a team.

Do I know clearly what is expected of me at work?

Do I have the chance to use my strengths every day?
