Happy Friday morning to you all.
For 11 to 12 years of my life I lived in the very southwest corner of Michigan which is, in my opinion, one of the prettiest states. To be fair, in my travels of the state I stayed mostly on the western side and did not travel to the east.
If you are able to visit here are some places that you should definitely check out: The Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum, Mackinac Island, St. Joseph on Lake Michigan, Bay Harbor, Warren Dunes, Frankenmuth, Traverse City, Tahquamenon Falls, and of course Holland. By no means is this even close to all of the places you should visit, it’s just a taste. And Bear Lake, a tiny village in northern Michigan, is where I saw the Milky Way for the first time.
Here are some of the pictures that I collected over my time in PureMichigan. May you enjoy a small respite.
