Dave Kraft, in his book Leaders Who Last, quotes a statistic that no more than 30% of leaders finish well. My desire is to make a dent in that statistic and to strengthen as many leaders and their organizations as I can. Healthy leaders produce healthy organizations (people), which in turn help communities become healthier. Leaders want to have a rich legacy of service to their families, organizations, and communities and my mission is to help them do so. Too often I have seen passionate leaders sidelined or tripped up by not understanding some basic life management skills, organizational management skills, or basic leadership principles.
