A bit more about BG

BG Allen

A people focused leader with over 38 years of leadership experience in the military, business, and non-profits. His experience includes coaching and consulting business owners and executives as well as non-profit leaders. Additionally, he has served as an US Army officer, Vice President of Operations for a business, Chief of Staff, Chief Administrative Office, Corporate Secretary, and Board Manager for an international non-profit), and an Adjunct Professor for over 13 years in Bethel College’s MBA program. BG has also served as a Quality Assurance Engineer in the defense industry, and as a Quality Assurance Manager for a manufacturing firm.

Currently he serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Security Alarm Corporation of southern Illinois, as an adjunct professor in the Masters of Science in Leadership program at Belhaven University, as a faculty member for Millsaps College’s Executive Education Program, and serves as a Business Mentor for Innovate Mississippi.

BG graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Marketing) and has an MBA from Millsaps College. He is passionate about helping people grow through strong coaching, planning, encouragement, and accountability. He specializes in leader development, senior leadership team effectiveness, corporate governance, organizational health and development. BG loves to help develop the next generation of leaders and is a life-long learner.

She has over 10 years in the Human Resources field as well as Customer Service. Lauren graduated from Southwestern Michigan College and attended Seattle Pacific University.

  2. Thank you for the encouragement. Great privilege to serve. I was an officer in the Army – on active duty at Ft. Lewis, WA with the 9th ID in the early 80’s & then in the reserves in TX & MS.
