Gina Hand

Executive Leadership Coach

Working with people in various capacities over the past 35 years has provided Gina with insight into the challenges that individuals, families, and businesses face. Gina was a career school administrator for almost 20 years, a counselor for 15 years helping families, couples, and individuals, as well as a pastor’s wife for 30 years.  Gina has been an adjunct professor at Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, LA, and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in New Orleans, LA.

In 2018 Gina and her husband purchased the career school where she had been working and currently oversees the daily business operations.  She understands the complexities and challenges of running a successful business while complying with the burdensome and ever-changing government and accreditation regulations.  She has experience in business, management, team building, finance, data management, conflict resolution, counseling/coaching, and teaching.  She has a problem-solving approach - analyze the situation and find solutions.

Gina has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mississippi College in Clinton, MS, and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS.

I would highly recommend BG to anyone looking to grow as a leader, or as a person. BG has a unique ability to see an individual from a holistic viewpoint - not just the role you play at work - and help you improve from the ground up. He’s an advisor, a listener, and a learner and the time I spent with him was very beneficial. If you’re looking for someone to help you or your team go to the next level I would suggest working with him.
