Patrick Lencioni is my favorite business author. In his book “The Advantage: Why Organizational Health Trumps Everything Else in Business”  Mr. Lencioni makes this statement:

After two decades of working with CEOs and their teams of senior executives, I’ve become absolutely convinced that the seminal difference between successful companies and mediocre or unsuccessful ones has little, if anything, to do with what they know or how smart they are; it has everything to do with how healthy they are.

I have come to find this statement true in my experience. Because of the way I am wired and my background, I have naturally gravitated to helping others in the area of organizational health. Healthy organizations are different and they make a difference in individual lives and in the communities in which they operate. So, in my work to help organizations, I focus on the following:
